Train one-on-one with Tristan training at our purpose-built gym in Ballsbridge in Dublin 4. Once we have learned about your habits and goals, we create a unique program, and monitor progress.
If personal training doesn’t suit your schedule, you can opt for online personal training with our unique system. This allows us to create a bespoke training program that can be completed in your own home, or local gym.

My name is Tristan Hand and I’ve been a personal trainer for the last 6 years. 

Balancing a 9-6 desk job, your daily workout and a healthy diet can be tough work but with the tools I’ve developed over the years I can help you to build healthy, positive habits that stay with you for life.  

As your personal trainer, my goal will be to build a customised training plan especially for you that will suit your individual goals. 

By working with me 2/3 times a week we can create lasting results ensuring that you feel strong, healthy and energised.

Online Personal Training is a customised online programme that enables you to do your workout on your own schedule at home or at work. 

The programme will guide you step by step through your workout ensuring you are meeting and exceeding your goals. 

As your personal trainer I will be with you every step of the way online. I will work with you to establish your goals, tailor your program and provide you with everything you need to succeed.

Starting is always the hardest part and we appreciate that. That's why we look at genuine reasons why you are starting and why you should stick to training.

We work on instilling healthy habits that last life long instead of redundant quick fixes. Ones you'll enjoy keeping.

We can provide as much or as little support as you require. From 1-1 in studio sessions to fully remote training so you can stay on track no matter where you are.

Services range from €25-€250 per week
