“I just had no idea where to start before I found Tristan and TH Training. I knew that I wanted to try and get fitter, lose weight and eat better but found it all too daunting and couldn't seem to fit it in with by 'busy' lifestyle

I joined many gyms over the years and never went more than 2 or 3 times. I was always trying to eat 'healthier' but constantly failed as I found it too hard to do with every meal. And honestly, even though I thought I knew what a balanced diet was, I didn't and certainly didn't know how to achieve it. 

Fear was the number one thing which had held me back from starting. Knowing how many times I had failed previously and not wanting to go through that again. When I met Tristan, it just seemed very easy to get going on things without any pressure. 

In comparison to things I tried before it was much more focused on the reasons behind why I had ended up the way I had. Also, instead of just getting 'stuck in', there was an excellent steady introduction to both training and nutrition 

I expected military style sessions of exercise and high intensity work outs. But I couldn't have been more wrong. It was focused on learning the correct way to train as a beginner, not get injured and how to incorporate it into your daily life. And find things that I enjoy doing rather than 'have' to do. Don't get me wrong though, there's still plenty of high intensity training!

When I realised it was working it felt amazing. I had set goals for myself over the years that had become distant memories that I truly believed I would never achieve. I made some very specific and personal goals with Tristan and when I got there, it was a truly great feeling I thought I'd never achieve. 

Honestly, it was surprising how easy it was! Of course, I had to work hard at it at the start but with the help from Tristan and learning how to change a few simple bad habits I now look back and think how silly I was for all those years. 

Life is completely different and so much better now. I often get angry at actually how easy it was to start and why I didn't do it sooner. So many aspects of my life have changed and not just physically but mentally also. 

I can and will never go back to what I was like before. The steady approach has allowed me to change things around forever and I know I will never go back and that is worth all the time, effort and money in the world!

Honestly, if you’re on the fence, just forget about overthinking it and go and do it. That simple. There is zero judgement from Tristan, only positivity about moving forward (and that has been a constant feature that continues to this day). Within 2 weeks you won't believe how good you can feel about yourself. This has changed my life completely. It has also affected my relationship with my friends and my children in a positive way I could never have imagined. Just do it!! There is nothing negative that could ever come from it.”
